The Factory was established in 2018. In 2021 the factory had 1559 production workers, among which 702 were women but in the supervisory level only 2 were female and in the management level there was only 2 women representation. The factory was nominated by its brand for the “Gender Sensitive Workplace Program (GSWP)” funded by NORAD and implemented by ETI Bangladesh to ensure a gender friendly work place.
