MEL Specialist
Rashna has over 5 years’ experience developing and implementing M&E frameworks in the development sector. Prior to ETI, Rashna achieved a master’s in Peace and Conflict studies from the University of Dhaka, going on to work at iDE Bangladesh where she developed and executed monitoring and evaluation activities for USAID funded programmes.
At ETI, Rashna leads on the implementation of our MEL strategy, integrating data collection tools across our programmes to ensure we capture credible, robust evidence and continually evaluate progress and impact, for continual improvement.
