
Programme Manager
Taposh has led capacity building programmes within the human rights development sector for over 21 years, both in Bangladesh and abroad. Being a Certified Training Professional (CTP) with a master’s in development studies from BRAC University, Taposh has successfully designed and delivered extensive capacity building and training programmes for a range of leading international development agencies, including United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations-African Union Mission in Dafur (UNAMID), South Asia Partnership Bangladesh, and British Council.
As ETI’s programme coordinator, Taposh oversees our capacity development initiatives, managing our team of expert trainers and evaluators to deliver high-quality capacity building activities as well as continually advancing training delivery to reflect the specific needs of our audiences. Furthermore, Taposh embeds data gathering and learning mechanisms within our projects to inform programmatic improvements, policy and advocacy.
