Sadman Bin Ahsan

At ETI Bangladesh, Sadman Bin Ahsan serves as a Programme Officer, where he supports multi-stakeholder coordination, facilitates engagement with workers and factory management, and supports capacity development initiatives on occupational health, safety, and environmental sustainability in the tannery industry of Bangladesh. A development professional passionate about fostering social dialogue, gender equity, and sustainable workplaces, Sadman brings over three years of experience in youth mobilization, advocacy, and capacity-building—including roles at ActionAid Bangladesh and Youth Policy Forum. He has designed and delivered training programmes on labour rights, climate resilience, and gender-responsive policies for diverse stakeholders. Sadman specializes in project management, stakeholder engagement, and participatory research, with a strong track record of coordinating multi-stakeholder campaigns and mentoring grassroots leaders. A graduate in International Relations from the University of Dhaka, he combines strategic advocacy with hands-on fieldwork to drive inclusive development.
