In 2024, ETI Bangladesh reached over 167,000 workers across 72 factories, advancing decent work, gender equality, and climate resilience. Through programmes in social dialogue, gender-sensitive workplaces, and climate action, ETI Bangladesh empowered workers, improved industrial relations, and promoted inclusive green transitions. Key achievements include training 8,051 workers on climate awareness, engaging 161,000 workers in gender-based violence campaigns, and launching initiatives in the leather sector. ETI Bangladesh’s efforts fostered safer, more equitable workplaces and positioned the organisation as a leading advocate for human rights due diligence and sustainability in Bangladesh’s supply chains.
