The aim of joint ETIs (JETI; joint effort of ETI-UK, ETI-Denmark and ETI-Norway) Social Dialogue (SD) programme is to contribute to the development of better industrial relations (IR) at the workplace in Bangladesh Readymade Garments (RMG) and Textiles sector through the promotion of bipartite workplace social dialogue. This report presents major findings / observations of the final evaluation of phase II SD programme that JETI implemented in 25 factories around Dhaka during 2016-2017. Prior to this phase, JETI entered RMG sector with its pilot phase (phase I) and worked with 10 factories.
