
Tahsin Binte Hasan is working as a Research Assistant in the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Unit at Ethical Trading Initiative Bangladesh. Her responsibilities in this position include conducting need assessments and supporting baseline and endline studies through analysing qualitative and quantitative data, monitoring programme data, developing survey tools, performing secondary/literature reviews, and preparing research reports.
She holds a BSS and an MSS degree in International Relations from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). She has two years of professional experience in research and analysis. Previously, she worked in policy-based research at Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies (BIISS) under the projects “Demographic Dividend & 4IR” and “Climate Risk Reduction in the Indo-Pacific,” and also served as a Research Intern there. She also worked with Creative Pathways Bangladesh as a Research Assistant. She is the first author of a monograph on SAARC revival and has a Q2 journal article forthcoming.
