Azdika Afsana Pritha

Azdika, in her current role as Programme Officer, supports project implementation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement efforts aimed at promoting worker rights, environmental sustainability, and ethical business practices. She is currently involved in a factory-focused initiative aimed at improving social and environmental conditions.

Before stepping into this role, she contributed ETI’s MEL unit to strengthen programme learning and impact. Her previous experience includes working with Manarat International University, BIISS, and WeMen View, where she was involved in teaching, advocacy, strategic research, and community-based education.

Azdika holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Dhaka. She has a strong background in inclusive research and a passion for ethical, collaborative social change.
