Masangmi Rakhin has over 15 years of experience in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry, specialising in Social & Environmental Sustainability programmes such as Gender Sensitive Workplace, Women Empowerment, Social Dialogue, Functional Grievance Management, Wage Management System, Her Health, Occupational Health & Safety Management, Forward Environment etc. Masangmi is an expert at Training & Development and Compensation & Benefits management, where she has ample experience developing and implementing required policies and procedures for Environmental & Social Management systems as per Bangladesh labour laws and international standards. She has completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Risk & Compliance Management, under Edupro UK from the Academy of Business Professionals (ABP). She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Compliance from the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). Additionally, Masangmi has an MBA in HRM from BGC Trust University and an MBS in Accounting from National University, Bangladesh.
