Rashna Mahzabin

Rashna Mahzabin is the MEL Specialist at ETI Bangladesh with over 7 years of proven experience in the development sector. Rashna’s experience demonstrates a strong background in result-based monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, programme coordination, human-centered design, and donor coordination. Throughout her career, Rashna has worked extensively across diverse areas, including social dialogue, gender sensitivity, worker rights and labor law, market system development, WASH, agriculture, environment, violence against women, advocacy, and livelihood. She holds a BSS and MSS degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Dhaka University.
