The piloting of the Green Social Dialogue (GSD) in five RMG factories brought together workers, management, and worker representatives to address climate risks through social dialogue. It strengthened workers’ capacity to identify and prioritise climate-related issues within their workplaces, following a bottom-up approach.
This pilot formed part of the wider project, “Decent Work, Gender Equality and Climate Resilience – Building a Future for Bangladesh RMG Workers,” implemented by ETI Bangladesh in partnership with Ethical Trade Norway (ETN) and the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI), with support from NORAD.
This document captures the key learnings from the pilot interventions of the Green Social Dialogue.
