
Nafiz has more than 11 years of experience in the development sector, specializing in project cycle management, capacity building, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. He currently coordinates programme and related interventions under the Climate Change and Just Transition component at ETI Bangladesh.

Masangmi Rakhin has over 15 years of experience in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry, specialising in Social & Environmental Sustainability programmes such as Gender Sensitive Workplace, Women Empowerment, Social Dialogue, Functional Grievance Management, Wage Management System, Her Health, Occupational Health & Safety Management, Forward Environment etc.

As an Anthropology graduate from BRAC University, Priyong brings in a nuanced perspective to her role as Programme Officer. This stems from Priyong’s prior experience in supply-chain research beginning with Kennesaw State University under BRAC University, which investigated the working conditions of the garment industry, pre- and post-Covid.
